Returns

Based on current laws, we cannot accept exchanges/returns of used, or worn underwear unless deemed defective by us or from shipment. Defective merchandise (this rarely ever happens) will be replaced free of charge. If incorrect merchandise is shipped in error, we will ship the correct merchandise free of charge, and reimburse for return shipping of the incorrect merchandise.

Refunds for accepted returns will be applied as credit towards future purchases, or to the original payment method only. Refunds issued to credit/debit cards may take up to seven (7) business days to be credited.

Exchanges

If merchandise is returned for an exchange to a different size you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for the exchange shipment to return back to us, however we will cover the shipping costs of the new exchange back to you. Exchanges must be unworn, and contain all original product packaging and tags. 

Exchanges/returns must be pre-approved by {{submit.request}}, and made within thirty (30) days of receipt.
